Classic Mighty Morphin’ Fun: Original Power Rangers Hit Busch Gardens in Style!

Last weekend, the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers took the stage at the Stanleyville Theater for a special demonstration. This limited-time event featured three of the original Rangers teaching park guests how to defend themselves against non-human foes using three basic combat moves—all while fending off Lord Zedd’s Putty Patrollers in an action-packed showdown.

Although the show was modest in scale, featuring only three performers, it aligns with the recent announcement from parent company United Parks and Resorts, which is actively exploring the integration of legacy IP-based experiences into its parks, and did feature a meet and greet after the show.

Despite minimal promotion—limited to a brief email and a few social media posts in the week leading up to the event—the 5:00 PM show on Saturday drew a strong turnout, with enthusiastic participation from audience members. Could this signal the potential for more Power Rangers appearances at Busch Gardens or other SeaWorld parks in the future?
